2. Is it well designed for catering for all those people?  Try to think about seating preparation and collection of food, traffic flow of people and ease of payment.

4. Has enough attention been paid to the "architectural environment" of the canteen, e.g. access, heat, light and space?
5. A university canteen should be a place where people can socialize and relax, somewhere we can eat good healthy food at affordable prices.  Is this true of City Express?
